1. Intellectual Property & Course Licensing

All curriculum blueprints, risk taxonomies (including the *AI Risk Periodic Table*), framework models, capstone templates, live-system code walkthrough presentations, and assessments hosted or displayed on the site are the exclusive intellectual property of Quintuple Technology Private Limited.

Upon successful tuition verification, students are granted a strictly personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable academic license to use the course material for individual study and professional learning. Any unauthorized commercial reuse, replication, public distribution, or systematic harvesting of the curriculum frameworks constitutes an infringement of copyright and immediately terminates the educational license without refund.

2. Enrolment Agreement Hierarchy

These general Terms of Use govern basic website navigation. When you purchase a programme tier, your physical participation, student conduct, grading rubrics, cohort timings, and completion standards are additionally governed by the corresponding MindFleet Academy Enrolment Agreement corresponding to that tier.

3. Educational Account Integrity

Students are solely responsible for protecting the confidentiality of their learning management system (LMS) keys and cohort credentials. Access credentials must not be shared with, rented to, or transferred to any third party. If we detect multi-device concurrent logins or automated credential leakage, your learning access keys will be suspended immediately to protect system integrity.

4. Professional and Placement Disclaimers

MindFleet Academy programmes provide specialized conceptual frameworks and live-system walkthrough evaluations. Taught lessons do not represent formal legal advice, nor do they guarantee absolute safety or compliance of the students' future corporate projects.

Tuition payments cover training delivery and capstone evaluation services only. Enrolment in Foundations, Practitioner, or Internship programmes does not guarantee automatic employment, paid internships, or job placement with Quintuple Technology Private Limited. Entry into the *Quintuple Builder Cohort* is strictly selection-based, decided by the engineering review panel.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Any unresolved contractual dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration seated in Chennai, conducted under the rules of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
