Refund & Cancellation
Last updated: May 27, 2026. This notice outlines the specific cancellation windows, refund criteria, and timelines matching statutory guidelines and enrolment agreements.
1. AI Governance Practitioner Programme (Live Cohort)
Because live cohorts are planned with limited student seats, withdrawals are governed by the following strict schedule (matching the Founding Cohort Enrolment Agreement):
— 7 Days or More Before Cohort Start: Full refund of paid tuition fees, minus a flat ₹500 administrative/processing fee.
— Less Than 7 Days Before Cohort Start: 75% refund of the paid tuition fee.
— During Cohort (Before Session 7): 50% refund of the paid tuition fee.
— On or After Session 7: Zero refund eligibility. No cancellation requests are accepted once 7 live sessions have elapsed.
2. AI Governance Foundations & Industry Project (Self-Paced Tiers)
For self-paced modular tiers (including Foundations and the structured reviewed Industry Project/Virtual Internship), course materials, digital lecture repositories, and forums are provisioned immediately upon tuition verification.
Consequently, no refunds or cancellations are offered once access to the self-paced Learning Management System (LMS) has been provisioned. Students may request a full refund only if they submit a formal withdrawal request to info@quintt.co.in before their LMS login keys have been dispatched by email, or within a maximum of 48 hours from checkout submission if LMS access remains unprovisioned.
3. Audit & Payment Processing Timelines
All refund requests must be initiated by sending a detailed email to info@quintt.co.in stating your full name, course reference ID (e.g. `MFA-XXXXX`), registered contact information, and bank account coordinates.
Once submitted, our auditing department verifies the request against the original payment logs. Verified refunds will be processed via direct bank wire/UPI transfer to the student's originating coordinates within 10–14 working days from the date of refund approval.
