The Data Fiduciary responsible for processing your personal data is Quintuple Technology Private Limited, a company incorporated in India under corporate identification number U62011TN2025PTC184587, with offices in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

2. Personal Data We Collect
We collect and process personal data solely to evaluate course readiness, verify tuition payments, provision LMS accounts, and issue completion certificates. We collect:
— Profile Details: Full name, date of birth, and highest academic or professional qualification.
— Contact Information: Email address, physical mailing address, and phone number (WhatsApp).
— Payment Audits: UPI transaction reference number (UTR ID) and screenshot image of the transfer receipt.
— Consent Records: Checkbox timestamps capturing your explicit consent choices.
3. Data Retention Schedule
To fulfill statutory guidelines and corporate governance rules, your data is retained under the following strict retention map:

4. Data Processors & Technical Audits
We share relevant segments of your data with strictly checked data processors serving technical operations:
- Database and File Storage: Supabase (hosted in AWS Mumbai nodes) stores enrolment forms and payment screenshots inside private buckets.
- Learning Platform: Google Classroom / Thinkific holds content models, cohort rosters, and student grading sheets.
- Intellectual Property Protection: To minimize tracking vulnerabilities, all web fonts are self-hosted natively under the academy domain; no third-party APIs (like Google Fonts external link libraries) are loaded.
5. Data Principal Rights & Redressal
Under the DPDPA 2023, you hold statutory rights including the right to request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data. To trigger a query, contact anand.ganesan@quintt.co.in. We respond to all valid principal requests within 30 days.
If you are unsatisfied with our response, you maintain the legal right to submit a formal grievance directly to the Data Protection Board of India.
6. Processing Children's Data
MindFleet Academy programmes are designed for individuals aged 18 and older. If you are under the age of 18, you must review this notice and submit the checkout enrolment form with the explicit assistance, consent, and authorization of your parent or legal guardian.
